I am an entrepreneurial, results-based “C” level manager with over 30 years of successes leading all areas of the business including accounting & finance, sales & marketing, ecommerce initiatives and IT as well as Operations and Supply Chain management in a variety of industries.
I provide fractional CFO/COO/CIO and Supply Chain Services, Growth Initiatives and Expense Efficiencies to a host of SMEs in a wide variety of industries including Supply Logistics, Recycling Services, Construction and Remodeling, Transportation Logistics, Environmental Services, Ecommerce and Non-Profits.
I have an MBA from Columbia with a focus on Finance, Strategic Planning and Turnaround Management.
I work very hard and closely with SMB owners and leadership to understand their business and their needs and provide a clear strategic plan and monthly KPIs to achieve superior bottom line growth and financial success.
